Welcome to our school! I bring over a decade of experience in education, having served as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator across several districts. Most recently, I’ve had the privilege of serving as assistant principal at Orr and Carnall Elementary Schools. My work with Texas Instruments and the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith has also deepened my passion for supporting students and educators.

My leadership is guided by four core values: empathy, integrity, excellence, and stewardship. I believe every student and staff member deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we will set high standards, foster growth, and create a supportive school community.
